Victor Brooks bka Dr Who aka Who 007 started his humble beginning in the streets of LA studying Kung Fu and winning 1st place in the internationals. Later at 16 learning how to pop in the walkway of abandoned apartments by Oaklands very own Boo da bot. And lastly becoming the founding member of one of the best known poppin groups in LA called Royal Flush dancers. Pop Locking has always been a pivotal part of my life and has inspired and saved my kids from the streets.
