Hazze

DJ Hazze is an esteemed B-Boy, popper, dj and mc from the Air Force crew los Angeles. Hailing from the vibrant San Fernando Valley. With a rich and diverse artistic background, he has made significant contributions to the music industry as the lead vocalist of the groundbreaking Techno group “The Movement”. The Movement achieved widespread recognition and international success with their chart-topping hit “Jump!”, instantly solidifying their place in Techno history. The group continued to make waves in the music scene with subsequent hits such as “B.I.N.G.O.”, “Shake That”, and “Bounce”. These tracks became anthems, resonating with audiences across the globe and further propelling the group’s fame. In 2007, DJ Hazze crossed paths with Prompt Digital Records founder and renowned producer Alternative Reality, through the introduction of Jeff T. Inspired by their mutual love for funky house music, the duo joined forces to form the dynamic duo known as “Phunk Freakz”. Collaborating on the single “Take Me Back”, DJ Hazze’s acapella voice soared, making it an instant staple in the house music scene. This track garnered support from industry heavyweights, becoming a go-to track for DJs worldwide. Buoyed by the triumph of “Take Me Back”, DJ Hazze and Alternative Reality embarked on yet another exciting collaboration, resulting in the creation of “You Got Me Jackin'”. The infectious vocal hook from this record was sampled and used in a bootleg remix by Swedish producer Dumb-Dan, alongside Robert Armani’s “Circus Bells”. This version was later officially released on Prompt Digital, solidifying DJ Hazze’s status as a respected artist in the industry.
