A visionary trailblazer and trendsetter, Asia’s influence has been instrumental in setting the bar for standards in the arts of Hip-Hop with skills + knowledge being the supreme combination for personal and global transformation. As a seasoned educator, performer, host, and judge – she is known world-wide as a premier consultant on Hip-Hop cultural lifestyle and travels the world regularly performing, speaking and building with international ambassadors of Hip-Hop culture on the future evolution of Hip-Hop dance and achieving social justice through the culture as a movement.

Emiko

Emiko Sugiyama was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1980 and began dancing classical ballet at the age of 7. She moved to Davis, CA in 1999. She attended to study Physical therapy at University of California, Davis. Soon she met Michael Cagley, who he was her first Breakin teacher and became a part of MTS (Moving Through Space) first, then DVS, and Flexible Flave later on.

Ladie One was introduced into Hiphop Culture at the age of 13 years old, She learned to dance two years after she started Graffiti Writing. She has been B-Girling for 13 years and a Graffiti Artist for the past 15 years. She was initiated into one of the most respected all Female Hip-Hop crews called Heartbreakerz in 2010.

Ericka is the embodiment of hip hop. She is a Bgirl that is full of bursting energy, optimism, love, and expressive art. Her emersion into the hip hop culture has not been a passing hobby. Ericka began break dancing her teenage years at Youth Advocates centers and continues to be a part of the culture 22 years later.
